The 24-Hour Escrow Promise

When you buy on Zyvrox, your money is never sent directly to the vendor. Instead, it is held in our secure escrow system for a full 24 hours after your item is delivered to your Vault.

During this 24-hour window, you have the ability to:

  • Verify that the item works exactly as described
  • Test credentials, access keys, or digital assets
  • Open a dispute if anything is wrong โ€” immediately freezing the vendor's payment

Only after the 24-hour window passes without a dispute do funds automatically release to the vendor. This gives you full control and protection on every purchase.

What Is Covered

  • Item not as described (wrong credentials, different product type)
  • Item already used, burned, or non-functional at time of delivery
  • Incomplete delivery (missing items from a bundle)
  • Duplicate delivery (same item sold to multiple buyers)
  • Vendor unresponsive to legitimate clarification requests

What Is Not Covered

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Item worked at delivery but stopped working after the 24-hour window
  • Disputes raised after the 24-hour escrow window has closed
  • Purchases where the buyer violated the platform's Terms of Service
  • Items explicitly marked as "as-is" with disclosed limitations

We encourage all buyers to test purchased items immediately upon delivery and within the dispute window.

How to Open a Dispute

Step 1: Go to your Vault and find the order in question.

Step 2: Click the "Open Dispute" button (visible only within the 24-hour window).

Step 3: Submit a support ticket with full details โ€” what was promised, what was delivered, and evidence (screenshots strongly recommended).

Step 4: Admin reviews within 24โ€“48 hours and issues a ruling โ€” either a full refund to your wallet or release of funds to the vendor.

Admin decisions are final. Our team reviews all evidence objectively and without bias.

Refund Processing

If your dispute is upheld, the full purchase amount is refunded to your Zyvrox wallet balance immediately upon admin resolution. There are no refund processing fees.

Wallet balance refunds can be withdrawn to your USDT TRC-20 address at any time, subject to the minimum withdrawal amount ($10.00) and the 1% withdrawal processing fee.
