Zyvrox ("the Platform," "we," "us") is a peer-to-peer digital asset exchange marketplace that facilitates transactions between independent vendors and buyers. The Platform acts solely as a neutral escrow facilitator and technology provider — we are not a party to any transaction between users.
All digital assets listed on the Platform are created, owned, and sold exclusively by third-party vendors. Zyvrox does not create, endorse, warrant, or guarantee the quality, legality, or accuracy of any listed product.
The Platform is available to users aged 18 years and older. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements in your jurisdiction.
To access Platform features, you must register an account with a valid email address and a unique username. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You must immediately notify us at support@gatewaypay.online of any unauthorised access to your account. We will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your account prior to notification.
We strongly recommend enabling Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) available in your profile settings. Accounts with 2FA enabled receive priority support response for security-related issues.
You may not share, sell, or transfer your account to any other person. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent bans, abuse promotional features, or manipulate the Platform's reputation system is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent termination of all associated accounts.
All transactions on Zyvrox are processed through our proprietary 24-hour escrow system. When a buyer completes a purchase:
The platform deducts a commission fee (currently 10%, subject to change) from vendor earnings on each completed transaction. This fee is non-negotiable and non-refundable.
All transactions are denominated in USD. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to USD equivalent upon confirmation. Exchange rate fluctuations between deposit initiation and confirmation are the responsibility of the depositing user.

Once the 24-hour dispute window has elapsed and funds have been released to the vendor, the transaction is considered final and no refund will be issued.
Buyers who repeatedly abuse the dispute system, make false claims, or engage in fraudulent chargebacks will have their accounts suspended and any pending wallet balances frozen pending investigation.
Vendors must ensure all listed products are accurately described, legally owned, and deliverable as advertised. You warrant that you have full legal right to sell all items you list on the Platform.

Violation of these prohibitions will result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of pending earnings, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where required by law.
The Platform charges a 10% commission on all completed vendor sales. This fee is automatically deducted from vendor earnings at the time of escrow release.
A 1% withdrawal processing fee is charged on all vendor withdrawal requests. The minimum withdrawal amount is $10.00. Withdrawals are processed manually within 24 hours of submission.
Deposits carry no Platform fee; however, blockchain network fees (gas fees) are borne by the depositing user and deducted by the respective blockchain network.
Zyvrox reserves the right to adjust fee structures with 14 days written notice to affected users via email. Continued use of the Platform after fee changes constitutes acceptance of the new fee structure.
The Zyvrox name, logo, interface design, and all associated software are the exclusive intellectual property of the Platform operators. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content without express written permission.
By listing content on the Platform, vendors grant Zyvrox a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display product titles, descriptions, and images for the purpose of operating the marketplace. This licence terminates upon product removal or account deletion.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Zyvrox and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to the Platform in the 90 days preceding the claim.
In the event of a dispute between users, Zyvrox's admin decision regarding escrow release is final and binding. The Platform is not an arbitration body and does not provide legal advice.
For disputes between users and the Platform itself, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation via support@gatewaypay.online. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international commercial law. Users are responsible for compliance with local laws in their respective jurisdictions.
Zyvrox reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users at least 7 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate Platform access at any time, for any reason, including violation of these Terms, legal requirements, or business decisions. Upon termination, your wallet balance (if any) will be made available for withdrawal for 90 days, after which unclaimed balances may be forfeited.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support. Account deletion requests are processed within 30 days.
