📋 This agreement governs your relationship with Zyvrox as a vendor. By listing products, you agree to all terms below.

Vendor Eligibility & Onboarding

Any registered user may apply to become a vendor by listing their first product. All listings are subject to admin review and approval before going live on the marketplace. We reserve the right to reject any listing without explanation.

Vendors must maintain accurate profile information and respond to buyer disputes via the support ticket system within 48 hours of notification.

Listing Standards

All product listings must:

Have accurate, honest titles and descriptions — no misleading claims
Include only items you legally own and have the right to sell
Be priced in USD with no hidden fees to the buyer
Have sufficient stock items uploaded before or immediately after approval
Use genuine product images — no stolen or misleading thumbnails

Listings found to be inaccurate, misleading, or violating platform rules will be suspended immediately without notice.

Fees & Earnings

Platform Commission: 10% — Deducted automatically from each sale at escrow release. For example, a $100 sale yields $90.00 in vendor earnings.

Withdrawal Fee: 1% — Charged on each withdrawal request. Minimum withdrawal is $10.00.

No listing fees. No monthly subscription. No upfront costs. You only pay when you sell.

Earnings are credited to your wallet automatically after the 24-hour escrow period. Disputed orders freeze earnings until resolved by admin.

Dispute Responsibilities

When a buyer opens a dispute, vendor earnings are frozen immediately. You will receive an email notification and are expected to:

Respond to the support ticket within 48 hours with your evidence
Provide proof of item validity (screenshots, delivery confirmation, etc.)
Cooperate fully with admin investigation

Failure to respond to a dispute within 48 hours may result in an automatic ruling in the buyer's favour. Repeated disputes may result in account review or suspension.

Prohibited Conduct

Creating duplicate accounts to circumvent suspensions
Manipulating reviews or the platform's rating system
Colluding with buyers to abuse the dispute system
Listing items that violate the prohibited items list in the Terms of Service
Selling the same item to multiple buyers (duplicate delivery)
Misrepresenting product origins, ownership, or functionality

Account Suspension & Earnings Forfeiture

Accounts found in violation of this agreement will be suspended immediately. Pending earnings on active escrow orders may be refunded to buyers at admin discretion.
