When you purchase a digital asset, your funds are held in our secure escrow system — not sent to the vendor. You receive your item instantly in your Vault and have a full 24 hours to verify it works as described. If anything is wrong, open a dispute and your funds are frozen immediately. If no dispute is raised in 24 hours, funds automatically release to the vendor. You are always in control.
We currently accept USDT (TRC-20) and USDC (ERC-20) for deposits via NowPayments. All platform balances are denominated in USD equivalents. We plan to add more currencies in future.

Earnings are automatically released to your wallet 24 hours after each sale, provided no dispute is raised. You can then withdraw to your USDT TRC-20 wallet at any time, subject to the minimum withdrawal amount ($10).
Yes. We strongly recommend enabling 2FA in your Profile settings. It adds a critical layer of security to your account and is especially important for vendor accounts with significant wallet balances.
Zyvrox charges a 10% commission on all completed vendor sales, automatically deducted at escrow release. A 1% fee applies on withdrawals. There are no other fees.
Yes. Contact support@gatewaypay.online and we will process your deletion request within 30 days. Note that transaction records are retained for 7 years for financial compliance purposes, even after account deletion.
